Loved these. I was an Oakley guy for years but when I saw the clarity that Costa offered, I’ll be buying more. The blue lens and the styling was sharp also. I’m very picky and these exceeded my expectation of function and style. Actually, I need to get another pair. Someone stole them from my work truck. That’s something you will have to consider with Costas. If you lay them down for to long somebody will walk away with them. Several of my buddies have had their pairs stolen as well.

This is my second pair of Costas. I have true blue lens and lighter reflective mirror. I use the blue for fishing All Day! They are great!!!! My only complaint is the width- how they hold true to my head and nose does stretch. It’s difficult to tighten the ‘grip’ back once stretched! If only they held true to the fit they arrived with…. my lighter lenses i use for professional landscaping. The lighter lense allows me to see lines with ease to sculpt perfect yard. Again, my only complaint is they easily stretch causing them to slide down. I have considered other brands, but for the style i like costa is about the best match… i do recommend

Got mine the other day. Replacement for a pair I bought at the store 3 weeks ago and lost them paddleboarding. 😬 I paid twice as much in the store for the ones I bought here. The sunglasses are awesome but I will warn the Costa junkies out there. Mine don’t have the standard 580 etching instead they were etched with Costa. I was obviously concerned about the origin of the lenses (frames were definatley Costa). At this point so I contacted Costa and here was their response:Thank you for contacting us. Congratulations on your new Costas, that is exciting! We can confirm that the “Costa” etched lens, rather than the “580”, is in fact an authentic Costa product, and the lenses are the 580 lens technology. This version was a part of a small batch which were to be sold exclusively overseas, and they have now made their way to the US. As always, these lenses will come with the standard limited lifetime warranty, when applicable, just as any other Costa eyewear. Please feel free to reply to this email with further questions or concerns. Thank you for choosing Costa. We thank you for choosing Costa.Best Regards,Mary W.Consumer Care RepresentativeCosta | Native EyewearMon – Fri 8:00am – 6:00pm ESTSo if you get any of this batch…no worries. They are authentic. Enjoy and Fish On!

Up until two years ago, I was wearing a pair of Costa Zanes with glass lenses… I had that pair for a pretty long time, wore them so much, the retainer cable I had finally broke… Well, as luck would have it, they fell of my face, hit the water while lipping one of the biggest Florida Strain Largemouths I had ever caught, and I couldn’t grab them before they sank to the bottom of the lake (was Carolina rigging in 27’ of water so, trying to fish them out wasn’t a possibility)… After losing that pair, I was so frustrated, I decided to never again buy expensive sunglasses; because I always seem lose them (someway, somehow)… However, after using cheap sunglasses for right at two years, I found these… I purchased the 580p lenses for two reasons mainly… One, they are more affordable and two, I’ve never wore the Brine (not sure of the fit)… I actually like the fit better than the Zanes (they are a little smaller and lighter), and couldn’t be more pleased with the lenses… They actually perform better than the glass lenses I had in my old pair (they were the 400p lenses), and make this pair even lighter… So my recommendation, if you are the type of person that spends any significant amount of time outdoors, investing ($100 – $250), in a pair of these is definitely worth it… If you’ve never owned a pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses, you don’t know what you may be missing and if you have owned a pair; you know it’s pretty much impossible to be satisfied with a cheap pair of sunglasses… At this price, I believe these are the perfect pair to try out… Remember, they are a little bit smaller than pairs such a the Zanes or Fathoms by Costa but, the perfect fit it you want a pair of sunglasses that are snug and so light, you can forget your wearing them at all (I’ve walked into my office building and all the way to my desk more than once before I realized I had them on)… Just my $0.02…

Clear optics excellent lenses for plastic and the fit is perfect . Awesome for all day wear. You’ll forget you have them on. Very comfortable. And the price is way better than Costa website would ever offer. In case your wondering..they are originals not knock offs .. I visited the authorized dealers they are original unfortunately Costa customer service won’t budge on discounts and some retailers do however Amazon seems to have better prices . So buy with confidence. I purchased a second pair recently no regrets

How did I ever manage to work at a pool for an entire summer without these! These glasses are incredible. I had been living month by month with cheep Walmart sunglasses. Finally I followed a buddy’s advice, busted open the piggy bank, and bought a pair of the legendary Costa’s. I was afraid they might merely be good looking glasses with little functional value. This unfounded fear was wrought with fallacies. I bought these in April and it is now October. I have worn these glasses every single day since purchasing them. The plastic lenses have held up without any scratches and the frame is still very solid. To be fair, I baby these glasses after having spent such an ungodly amount of money on them. However, they are worth every single penny. The days of glare are over. They make fishing more enjoyable, outdoor work more tolerable, and your appearance more desirable! Really, what do you have to loose!?

These are my go to sunglasses for wearing to the beach, pool or on the water. They are labeled for men however I found that these are taylored for a small face therefore perfect for a women as well. I’ve had this style for years and I broke the arm off that could not be fixed and found these on Amazon which was cheaper than the Costa website. They have the are polarized and have the 580p logo on the the lens that supports the fact that they are true Costa sunglasses and are covered for a lifetime. Light weight on my face and wraps a little to block sun from the side. Would recommend.

This is my second pair, and I have to say regardless of money ($105 for Costa is cheap) they’re worth it. The first pair I own are 580G and cost twice as much. I accidentally cracked my first pair doing yard work the other day and decided to get a second pair while I was waiting on my originals to be repaired. Saw these were only $105, and I’m telling you… for $105.00 they’re amazing. From someone who owns both 400 & 580 there is a difference, but not as much when you’re not on the water. When I’m just outside, and not on the water, I actually prefer these lenses. Would definitely purchase another pair if these grew legs and walked off. May not have come through Amazon prime, but was at my doorstep in I think 2 or three days.

I was in the market for a new pair of sunglasses, and while visiting Disney Spring in Florida, I stopped by Sunglasses Hut which had quite a good collection of nice ones. After trying a few pair, I found those Costa Del Mar Brine Sunglasses with blue lenses which I really liked. The vendor also told me that those had actual glass lenses and not plastic, which is also supposed to make them more scratch resistant. I always had sunglasses with plastic lenses, so I was pretty glad to know about this interesting glass material upgrade (the “G” after the model number means “glass”).But I was still at Disney, and already Sunglasses Hut’s prices are known for being quite high, combined by Disney location = asked price was like $270 !!!So I thanked the vendor and said i wasn’t interested after all, then ran to my hotel and ordered those same sunglasses on Amazon at $160 ! :DI was glad to receive the genuine Costa Del Mar glasses too, since there is apparently lot of fake going around on line. But since I saw how the genuine looked like in my hands at the shop, I knew right away that those were authentic. Funny enough, the super pricey one Sunglasses Hut wanted to sell me didn’t came with the original packaging, which came with the glasses ordered on Amazon. So another good surprise right there. As for the glasses, they are light, comfy and seems to block the light just the right way, while giving you some kind of blue-ish vision, but which is the clearest I ever seen in all the sunglasses I worn before. So in short…GOOD:- Lightweight- Looks great and have a nice design- Comfy to wear even for a long period of time- Have vents on the side for added cooling while running with those- Block all the bad light like a charm- Tested and Polarized verified !- Comes with a nice hard carrying & storage case with premium quality lens cleaning cloth- Clear vision and get easily forgotten- Comes with apparently lifetime warranty (need to check still about this)NOT SO GOOD:- Pricey !
